波纹管阀门经过一系列严格的检验与测试程序。其中包括100%地进行气密封性和无渗漏性测试检验。对有真空度要求的波纹管,可通过氦质谱检漏仪进行真空气密封性检测。 波纹管阀门的结构特点: 1.阀体与阀盖用双头螺柱连接,结构简单,工艺性能好。 2.本阀门的阀杆不仅有一般阀门的填料函,而且在这个填料函的下部,在阀腔上部装有活动密封元件-不锈钢波纹管,介质被封闭在阀杆以外的阀腔内,不能进入填料函,因此本阀门较一般阀门在防止外漏方面更为可靠,保证阀杆与阀盖连接的密封。 3.阀杆螺母采用表面氮化,提高表面硬度及耐磨性,防止咬合现象。 4.中法兰螺栓采用高强度合金钢制造,抗高温蠕变性能优良,安全可靠。 5.波纹管设计在阀盖内腔内,避免与介质直接冲刷,提高波纹管的使用寿命。 6.波纹管采用2~4倍重叠,防止因波纹管单层破损而使阀门泄露,延长阀门的使用寿命。 7.因波纹管设计的比较长,开启高度大,减少流体主阻力,流阻系数小。 8.采用填料和波纹管双重密封,达到零泄露。 波纹管阀门的设计制造及验收标准设计制造按GB/T12224、DIN3202、DIN3239、ASMEB16.34、API602、MSS-SP-117。 检验与测试按API598、JB/T9092、DIN3230。 标记按MSS-SP-25。
