自动化程度高的企业生产中起着重要的作用但因其结构简单往往不被人们重视。在化工生产工艺过程中仪表调节的工作条件比较复杂,安装在关键工艺管道上的气动调节阀一旦出现问题,由于对生产产生影响较大,仪表维修人员的心理压力亦较大,手忙脚乱的问题很难找准,常常费力不讨好,还涉及系统投运、系统安全、调节品质、环境污染等,因蝶阀
而检修调节阀而影响工艺生产的现象常有发生。我厂重碱工序5台碳化塔的冷却系统采用了10台气动调节阀控制进塔冷却水量,分别为5台直流水调节阀,5台循环水调节阀。在近几年的运行中,调节阀的阀杆及阀体的截止阀
